As the title says what are the benefits of joining a guild? I Know that your children can join the fighters guild like the varangian guard in vanilla but how do you get from associate all the way up to master? And what do you gain For being the master? Also i know you can become archmage of the mages guild but what power does this imply? Is something similar to a religious head? Last curiosity is fighters guild master a titular title?

The only benefit of guilds is that it gives a trait to those who join it. There is no benefit of being archmage other than the normal prestige thing.

It's something I'd like to expand on for a future version; it'd be great to hear what the community want or think should be included when it comes to Guilds.

:) :) :))))))))))))) thank you!

Well, being the archmage of the Mages Guild actually has a "hidden" benefit (not sure if it's working as intented, though). The court of the Archmage is randomly filled with courtiers from all of Nirn who decide to begin a career with the guild. Some of them may leave after a while, but others will stay, and they all have magic education (mage, battlemage, nightblade, etc). It's a small benefit, but roleplaying wise it certainly adds a lot of flavour.

I'm not sure if the fighters guild work the same.
