Guesses about "most played scenarios"

my first guess would have to be trying to get all of France with England (if it is at all possible in that sense).
i have a hard time not seeing that as no1

2nd guess would have to be trying to keep the East roman empire together (if it even exists in the game)

3rd conquering all the nordic lands.
hard enough playing eu2... but can it be done here...? =o)

Agreed. Not just as a start up, though. I bet scenarios will be written based on this subject....

Setting up a Heretic Cathar Kingdom in the south of France that lasts until game´s end would be cool.

Uniting the Nordic kingdoms or play Denmark and try to recreate Canute´s empire.

Any of the Iberian dynasties would be fun as well - the Reconquista will provide plenty of action.

Well, I was thinking of starting of with a really bad dynasty and then only marry with the worst of the worst, people with the worst traits possible.

I would like to take Aragon or Castille, clean Iberia from muslim presence, make inroads into South France to a line Bordeaux-Marseilles and claim then North Africa all the way to Tunis plus take hold of the Aragonese empire in the Mediterranean (Sardinia, Sicilly and Naples).
The idea of Byzantium souns cool too.

Not being sure exactly what kingdoms there would be to play (aside from the major ones, of course), I would probably start off with something fun, like the Kingdom of Jerusalem, or England. In the long run, however, and I'm sure a lot of players would try this, I'd love to take a small kingdom and create my own dynasty, with my own national identity. The beauty of the Middle Ages - you could conceivably carve out your own state anywhere.

Why surely to remove the horde of evil heathen bandits from Our Lord's birthplace. After all, what greater calling can there be for an honest and worthy knight?

Would also have been nice to prevent the pox-ridden infidel illiterates from infecting the sacred soil of Islam, but that looks like it won't be available until CK2

I think I will take Poland and take over Russia, all of it, before the Mongols arrive or take Novogrod and take over Scandinavia. Or take Ireland and take over England. Or maybe I will just start as a Moor and cleanse the world of the infidels, hehe. I just don't know which one I want first, maybe England and take down the French, and be very nice to Eleanor d'Aquetaine.
