I know what city it is, but that's because I clicked on the picture because it wasn't loading. I was thinking of doing it if I ever got it the answer right.
Auckland? I was there a few years ago. My memory is not quite clear now but I remember crossing the freeway bridge and seeing a marina in front of the city, with a very tall observation tower which I can almost name. And the ANZ logo makes me think it's likely in Australia or New Zealand, and I haven't been to any other city around there with that kind of tower.
