Moo doesn't play or at least so it seems. Therefore, we, as community, changed the rule so that anybody can post a skyline after 24 hours.

Sure. It's an important harbor city in Liguria, Italy. It's very close to the famous Cinque Terre. The Cinque Terre are five iconic villages which are visited by millions of tourists every year.
