No. It might be a bit too hard. See those ships out there? They're bulk carriers. There seems to be an auful lot of bulk carriers; and not a single container ship in site. Whatever this city is, it must import; or export alot of bulk material from the amount of vessels off the coast. Like grain, or ore, or coal

Oh if I told you the sea it'd be telling; it would almost be as bad as the clue I gave for Shanghai before... A surf festival is held on its pristine sandy beaches. I'll post another picture in a few hours if noones got it by then; same city, easier view

ok, it looks european for me for sure. and if you told about some surf festival it might be the atlantic coast, so maybe spain or portugal.
another wild guess (propably my last on this one): Porto or Vigo

theres a better picture of Newcastle, Australia. You know never ship coal to Newcastle? While the saying was said about Newcastle in England, the same can be said of its namesake, Newcastle. Sitting on the Hunter River, Newcastle is also known for its long sandy beaches and the brilliant surf of the Tasman Sea, far outdoing the much more famous Bondi Beach in Sydney to its south.

I was annoyed about all the unknown European cities you guys have been throwing up recently, so decided something a little more difficult.

That wouldn't happen to be; from the Santa Maria restaurant and the American flag over the colonial era fort, St Augustine, in Florida, USA?
I think you could be right. Looks like St. Augstine to me, too.

I only got it, cause I googled "Santa Maria Resteraunt USA" and St Augustine came up... and I recalled, "Hey St Augustine has colonial architecture... I think"

This ones gonna have to last, since I'm going to bed. The clue is the mountain(s)! There were higher def pictures, but none with the mountain(s) in it
