But regarding a possible new list: I suggest a volunteer gathers all the guessed cities from the last 5 (or 10 or whatever) pages and from then on, whenever somebody posts a new skyline he just adds the last solved one to the list. That shouldn't be too much work for the poster.
So the list will be constantly evolving and should usually be on the last page too so it's not too hard to look it up.

Or, alternatively, we could wonder why it would be a problem if a city is posted several times. Most seem big enough to have completely different pictures of it posted anyway, and you take away the reasoning of 'can't be city x because it already has been posted'. Alternatively, you can just use the search topic function anyway, although in case of milan it didn't seem to work?

I do think, that it is really no problem to post a city several times here. Just in the case, that this threat is going to last some time longer, we would´nt have such a problem like "running out" of interesting skylines.... (if this is even relevant?!?)
