I highly doubt it is Carcassonne because we had Carcassonne as skyline only recently.Carcassonne?
I guess it could be the alps on the french/italian border but there aren't any rivers there :LI have a feeling you're right about anatolia... but in the same time I get a south of switzerland/north italy feeling (because of the mountains)... but I guess you're more right than me.
Wait, isn't that Bamako in like Mali? It was on a TV program I think that I watched a while back (could be timbucktu as well, I can't remember which one it was just that it was in Mali so)
Naypyidaw, capital of Myanmar?
The residential areas are carefully organized, and apartments are allotted according to rank and marital status. The city currently has 1,200 four-story apartment blocks. The roofs of apartment buildings are color-coded by the jobs of their residents; Ministry of Health employees live in buildings with blue roofs and Ministry of Agriculture employees live in those with green roofs. High-ranking government officials live in mansions, of which there are about 50. Many of the city's residents, however, live in slums.
I never knew the capital had changed. Thanks. Titbit from Wikipedia:
