in that case you should have said something because it's against the rules to use images which display the city name in the URL. Oh well. Didn't see it when I posted my reply but will wait for OP for confirmation.

* drag and drop the image (or insert the image link) into the front page, it will automatically bring you to the upload interface
* wait for the upload to complete and then find the "forum image" option on the right hand side
* click this, you can now paste the image link in the thread
* bask in your success and watch others fail miserably to guess your city

As taZZy said, this can't be in Austria. Furthermore the brick church and the general architecture suggest it is in western Germany. It really looks like the Rheinland-Pfalz/Westfalen area. Searching for romanesque churches in that region, one of the first results is the "Dom" in Trier which we see here in this picture. So Trier it is.
