Though i am not guessing, i just wanted to say to @jrgen3 cracking shot of bern there, couldn't have guessed thatin a million years, due o the lack of apperence by its trademark river.
This one could be literally any Eastern European town.

I'd go for somewhere in Spain, France or Portugal. But it's not a large town I think. The image does not give away much.
