Looks small and I wouldn't say run down but it's not at the peak of development.

The mountains and the above suggest the Balkans and Prishtina has already been said so Mitrovice/Mitrovica?

Hm, not much to go on, no truly outstanding structures except maybe the fortress. Pretty sure it's in Spain, though.

Thanks. I now have seen most Spanish cities from the sky (the giveaway is the Correros logo of the Spanish post in the first picture, btw), only the windmill made me look at Andalusia more closely (and that direction actually allowed for a coastal area). Rather a hard picture in any case.
Will post a skyline tomorrow.
