And your hint hints to me Ibiza although (this is edit) I think it might be too big...
I edited my other comment saying that it's neither Cape Town nor Johannesburg. When I wrote my initial comment I did not see that you had three guesses in the comment.

Well, I tried to get faster to the hints and I tried every possible place that would be close enough to spain and on good spot for immigrants...

Yay! So I get to pick the new one?
And yeah I got that French vibe and I thought Marseilles so I did my Melilla skyline tactic of looking around cities for the skyline. That's why I looked around Sierra Blanca (the mountain) and had Marbella as my first guess last time.
Also it will be a few hours (tomorrow evening GMT) until I can get a skyline up.
