Prisoner gangs have hierarchies (Boss, Lieutenant, Soldier), so why not give one to guards as well? With particular numbers of guards, one could be promoted (Either manually or automatically) to the next rank. To keep things simple, it would be 3 ranks, the same as with gangs. This is loosely based off correctional officer ranks.

Can lead a group of guards, armed guards and/or K-9s (Up to 5) into a riot so a more organised response can be given
Sprite with a silver shield instead of a triangle
Chief Guard (1 for every 4 Senior Guards)
30 HP
80% Tazer Accuracy
When hit, counts extremely deadly as deadly in regards to activation chance
Deadly (Not extreme version) only causes unconsciousness when activated
Can send out senior guards and their groups to deal with riots or gang takeovers
Will automatically (Requirements could be configured on the guard's profile) call lockdowns, narcotic searches or roll calls
This might also make escape mode slightly more balanced
