Is it guaranteed that all stars will be reachable from any star with hyperlanes?

I guess it is hard to prove from existing gameplay footage, but maybe someone has seen a counter-example? (e.g. two clearly separated hyperlane networks)

I know that some stars may be really difficult to reach, and some will be blocked by alien territory, but I just wamt to know if there is a chance that some stars will be impossible to reach. it could lead to some 'fun' situations.

In space empires there was an option to not connect all Star Systems. There were even map modes (clusters) to use that to build special maps.
Would be fun, imho only in Hyperlane-only games because otherwise the Hyperlane nations would have a serious disadvantage. But the option would be interesting.
