So, two observations. First is that Johan comes off as intensely happy, and second is that he has really pretty eyes.

Tottaly Pagans, hence why the Aztecs took no time out of major development time, since it was stuff with Pagans....
Pagans it is. Something like SOI, something was unplayable earlier = 2+2 = pagans. Yeeeeeee

There are two DLC's Im really hoping for though. The first is an extended map. I really wish the map extended to the East more into India. Africa being a little more fleshed out would be nice too. Playings as new cultures in new areas against new enemies is always welcome to me. The second is an extended timeline. If they push the timeline back it would make for some interesting games.

since they are implementing seasons and better supply system in MotE (and seasons in EU4), why not add them also into CK2. Of course making it right for medieval era. Also, more country specific ruling/inheritance systems!

Why assume and stereotype so much? I'm sure if PDS did a Norse themed DLC, they would be sure to include many aspects of the religion and of Viking life (and possibly put back the start date). In any case, calling all who would like a norse DLC shallow and Neonazis, doesn't really offend me as much as it shows me you know little of who PDS' target audience is. Passion for the history of the Vikings was around before Nazists, before nationalists, before romanticists and it's still around today, especially in Scandinavia and Britain (and also Poland I hear, because of the historical ties and the Jómsvíkingar).
Whatever the DLC, I'll be buying, if it has historical basis.

I'm not sure that a pagan dlc fits into the 'something big' description, which is all we really have to go on.
Somebody above mentioned pushing the start date back. In my view something big would be a Charlemagne campaign, maybe starting with the ascension of Pippin in 752. Charlemagne was already born by then, there was lots of interesting stuff going on, and would add another 300 years of gameplay with Vikings and everything else thrown in. Maybe with a pagan dlc pegged onto it, so you could play the Saxons and others that Charlemagne fought against. More of an expansion than a dlc, ie something BIG !!!

Yup, this is the second official confirmation of that the Linux version will be released once the Steam Linux beta ends. I am looking forward to not having to reboot to play CK2.
i hope its NOT pagans. There is some serious depth lacking in the catholic religion atm.
It's definitely pagans. Those that say it's not just don't want to be and are using magical thinking.
I'm hoping its Pagans, but... if it were Republics, I hope it would let us play towns... but I imagine that won't come until they unlock playing baronies.
