Is there a comprehensive list of what different equipment types will be available?

I mean, I've seen towed artillery, support equipment, towed aa guns... etc...

Is there a list that tells all the equipment?

I spent too many years in Operations in the military and like to tinker with build lists...

Eventually the Wiki will be complete but at the moment it's something of a mess. I wouldn't trust it too much because of how much is in flux and how sparse information on the ground really is. All this said, the wiki does have a list of equipment.

if you go through World War Wednesdays, you can get a good idea of available tech by looking through the tech windows by pausing. it seems like there's an extremely healthy amount of variations of equipment in the game, everything from standard towed anti tank guns to converting your old tank chasis into self propelled artillery / tank destroyer / anti aircraft etc
