GreenmanGaming and Sneak Peek

Hi,

I have prepurchased Magicka 2 from greenmangaming.com and am confused about the sneak peek. They claim that a sneak peek preview key will be sent closer to release on the store page. Is this key separate from the main game key? as it says after purchase that the main game key will be released on may 26th. I also heard that the peek is done via gift copies within steam on the main key redemption rather than keys, so is this wrong or is it provided via key by retailers?.

I'm asking here because I asked Greenman about it and have been told that they do not know when the sneak peak is, or how they are sending it out and keep telling me they will find out, with no reply. Seeing as I believe its on the 5th? its cutting it quite close, so I'm hoping someone here may be able to help explain. Thanks

Ah right thank you, I hope that's the case. It surprises me that no one on their support knows anything about it, they've been trying to find out for me for about 2 weeks. Fingers crossed they figure it out soon.

The sneak is on the 5th of may to the 10th of may I believe.

Thank you , Yeah I believe it is, sadly the store I bought it from doesn't seem to. Last thing they told me is they sent an email to find out about it and will update the support ticket. Who they sent it to or what they asked I don't know but only 2 days left .

I hate pestering them but I feel like I need to as there isn't long left and they haven't even been able to tell me if its a key or not or how they plan to send it out. Is a tad worrying. I've already got more answers here than greenman's support so it's appreciated

Hmm, I don't see anything about a key, only a library update for those who have already have it on steam and a download for ps4. My issue is I have nothing assigned to steam as I apparently won't get the main game key until the main release to assign it on steam. As far as steam knows, I don't own it.

Yeah thanks I appreciate you trying to help . I can't find how to get support for magicka 2/paradox directly so I'm trying to get answers from greenman support at the moment, as you would think the sellers would know. Sadly, they seem to have no clue.
