As you know, two lane roads with grass or trees have no parking space in sideways...does that have any effects on traffic and make it worse or not? it's really important for me to know because i have a high noise polution problem and if roads with grass or trees don't make a problem with traffic issue, i'll upgrade all my roads to non polution mode...Thanks!

I don't think this affects traffic in any way.
It does visually remove the parking (lane) space along the road, but in reality, I think the parking spaces are still there.
What I mean is that cars do actually still park there, but you cant see them.
If you observe a car slowing down alongside one of your roads with grass&trees, and then it suddenly disappears, this (I believe) is an indication that the vehicle parked alongside the road, but you just don't see it (silly, I know).

Roads have an ongoing maintenance cost, and upgraded roads cost more per week than their basic counterparts.
So make sure it's in your budget to do so. (Unless you are playing with unlimited money.)

I don't think this is exactly true. When I upgrade to a decorated road, parked cars relocate to wherever is nearby parking available (buildings etc.) or despawn to pocket car mode. My observations on cims arriving to their destinations by car alongisde a decorated road also supports this (despawn instead of physically parking somewhere).
