Green Cities, cant get farmers market or other green stores!

Hey all,
I placed my residential and commercial zones down aside roads like normal.
I then zoned the area for self sustainable living. (green)
All the houses are the green cities houses with all the grass and stuff on top of the buildings but...
All the commercial is still the old style commercial.
I can't get any of the farmers markets or other stores that I saw on the green cities DLC web page.
Is there something else I need to click or what not to make them GREEN COMMERCIAL?

under the comercial tab in the distric menu is "organic and local produce"
i think this is what you want
