Greece?

It would certainly be fun, i was hoping for some greece events relating to turkey since some pretty intense stuff happenend in this region BUT i understand time constraints.

The plan of the Filiki Eteria was the revival of the Byzantine Empire, with Constantinople as the capital, not the formation of a national state. The new state is called Hellas showing it's links with the Ancient Greeks.

Therefore it's not such a bad idea to be able to form Byzantium as Greece. Having a Byzantium Empire resurrected in HOI 3 would be a bad idea.

I don't know. With the irrendentism in both games, it might actually be possible. There could always be a group of rebels that think they're going to restore the Empire to greatness. After all, Moussolini wanted to create a new Rome.

Bud I do hope they add that HOI3 converter at some patch or expansion. Boy it would be awesome to create Byzantium in Vicky2 and then import it to HOI3.
