Why would Greece get NI's that boost those ideas? Just curious where you are basing that off of. Greece hasn't been known for either of those areas for thousands of years...nor would they be considered Western tech.

Greece isn't western, why would it have western tech.

I'm not familiar with Greece's NIs, but they should have something that mirror's a continued fight for independence, ie, attrition, defensive, etc. The nation of Greece should be one of rebellion, throwing off shackles, not some philhellenist wet dream [that's what Byzantium is for, lol].
