I don't actually know whether Germany can intervene directly. But i seem to remember that in at least one KR AAR Germany told the Balkan league to stand down, and thus saved Bulgaria...

Whoa! How did Sofia pass to Romania, and Kumanovo+Skopje pass to Serbia again?? Weren't you in control of those provinces when Bulgaria surrendered? Sofia especially should be a prize province with quite a few IC. Damn! Hmm maybe it was because Romania/Serbia had cores... then you should have raised claims on those provinces before the surrender... Provinces that your allies claim or have cores on pass automatically to them AFAIK.

It seems clear to me that in this new, Syndicalist world Greece must seek aid from the Russians if she is to survive.
