Description​

I've dealt with the IMRO at some point into the game, brought back my cores at great cost (100% attrition too much pls tone down xd). Unfortunately Bulgaria wasn't finished and threw the negative modifier Widespread Bulgarian Sentiment at Central Macedonia and Thrace some time later.

I figure that if I still had the IMRO panel in the decision tab I could deal with it but since it's gone the modifier is there to stay which I hope is unintented.
