I have seen in some aar's, that sometimes war gets labeled as "the Great War". Does this have any practical effect? Can there be only one Great War?

Yeah I've been noticing a reference to this n game every once in a while, even as early as 1870, when I was playing as Sweden Prussia asked me to join them in their war against Austria/France and in little text it said 'we participate in the Great War'.
I believe any war involving a certain amount of Great Powers constitutes a Great War, in game terms.
2 Great Powers vs. 2 Great Powers = Great War...effects of which will mean Great Prestige loss/gain depending on outcome. And I think, not totally sure, if the 4th GP to enter (thus making it into a Great War) gets a prestige hit.
