Hard one. Depends on how so many things in the game is done this time. There are possible exploits in it and so forth. But certainly winning some major battles should have a drastic impact on the war. I will choose not to vote as I do not know enough.

Yes. But it should be expensive - noone vacates their capitol freely.

Yes. Although I do feel that combat worked alright in EUII, it would not hurt the game to have a more complex build up of army structures.

Yes. If it means that one CANNOT see the actual numbers of the army but have to guess depending on the size of the blob on the screen. That uncertaintly would be a nice 'realistic' addition to the game.

No. I know that there are many to differentiate between infantry for example. But seriously, I think there are better places paradox can invest their energy.

As en economist I have to insist on inflation getting a major overhaul. Paradox seemed to be either oblivious as to what inflation really is or just did not feel it was an important element. This stuff breaks economies - and this should be refelected in the game. However since noone at that time had any clue what inflation was or how it impacted the economy, there really should not be much one can do to change the inevitable course ...

Yes. I guess. Colonization in EUII did not work quite 'right'. But there are many caveats here. How should this be implemented? Can nations that does not colonize suddenly get a random colony-event? And if only colonizers get them would Russia suddenly find themselves owning Manhattan? Or England in Siberia? The colonization system should certainly be looked through, but a radical change (such as this might be) could also be fatal for the game. - There certainly should be a great deal of control over how to colonize ... why paly the game if the actions of the nation you play are random (as many might seem to a ruler).

Just a quick question...how/in what extent (if any) will developers listen to these votes and incorporate them into the game?


Add traderoutes (no COTs) (Please, KILL COT's DEAD! ) =NO

Add traderoutes (still keep COTs) (Please, KILL COT's DEAD! ) =Yes

More religions in game (Religion in EU) = Yes

Making some battles decisive for the war (Decisive battles) = YES (by all means)
Ability to annex province with capital (Capital moving after conquest?) =No

Support of infantry, cavalry and artillery sprites (More then one unit type please!) = Yes
Support of more figures in sprite dependent on army size (More then one unit type please!) = Yes

More unit types than 3 (More then one unit type please!) = Yes

Rework inflation to more realistic (Can we have inflation done right) = Yes

Insert nomads into game (Nomads) = No
Spontaneous colonization and colony growth (Colonial Growth) = Yes

Thats a question :)
I think (and in most hope) that some ideas with good positive percentage (and if enough people will vote) will get to EU3. Ideas which will be hard to program or will need really large reprograming of existing part of program will have it harder, but they aren't lost.
If the mass will call YES, developers will choose NO only with a good reason. So believe them. They will make a good work.

EDIT: The possibility that the proposes will be chosen is greater here, where developers could easy see it, than if they are digged in deep thread. ;)
