Ok, here's what happened.

Sometime in 1808, the Swedes conquered the southern half of Denmark which broke immersion pretty badly, as it looks very stupid to leave the other half of Denmark just haning around there.
And then, something weird happened, Sweden became the leader of the previously British led coalition which I had joined pretty early on, and then the Swedes kicked me out of the coalition. I presume it was because I had bad relations with them. Though I still remained in the Anglo-French war, and was allied with for example Britain and Russia, but I was not in the coalition.

Wouldn't it make more sense if the coalition leader could not shift around, and if the AI wouldn't boot their allies from their coalitions? I'm sure they'd appreciate all the help they can get against the Napoleonic hordes.
