After putting a line or two in motion, when there is alot of passenger waiting at the station, increase the ticket price to maximum $99.5. The waiting passengers will pay of that price and you will see your income grows. Until there is not much of waiting passenger, decrease the ticket price back. It is better than loan from banks. This is called robbed the passengers.
