[2.3.3] [DAQH] Great Holy war won --> nothing happens

Description:

OK, playing as a norse merchant empire I waged a great holy war against Lombardy for the kingdom of Lombardy.

I won quickly, by taking the kings 4 private provinces, plus 2 minor provinces and winning 3 battles -> 100% warscore.

I asked for war, he agreed ... And all that happend was that he moved his capital. I did gain nothing, nothing at all.

So, I quickly copied the save game (before ironman did) and replayed it. This time he called for peace at 100% ... and same result.


How the hell is it possible, that I win a war, and nothing happens?


DLC's: All, with Sunset Invasion deactivated.
Mods: I do not currently use any mods.

Reproduction Steps:
1. Start the game
2. Load the auto-save game
3.play out the war (very simple)

Observe: 4. finish the war and be pissed off :/

Read the sticky threads.

Do a search on crusades or great holy wars in this sub-forum.

Did so. The war was NOT cut short by anything. It ended regularly, with a full win. All the other threads I found where about holy wars ending abnormaly. This didn't ... till the moment that I didn't get all holdings.

The peace offer included:

gain all holdings held by king Hubert the Whisperer in the kingdom of Lombardy.

I got the prestige, the piety, the religious authority... but NOT the land.

If you did you would of seen not putting version number and checksum in the title can result in your thread being deleted. Also you would of seen how to properly report a bug.

If you also done a search you would of seen this:

It didn't show up on a search for holy wars... No idea what you searched for. Oh and "thanks" for your "friendly" answer...

PS: and thank you honestly for the hint on the "how to report a bug thread". Used that hint.

I took a look at your save, and the scenario is indeed the same as in the link provided by Dracko. So we are already aware of the issue.

Any information as of how high a priority it is? Because it's an absolute gamebreaker. Basically you can't wage great holy wars. Reducing expansion to slaughterfests for one duchy again and again.
