Hi y’all, Tried to search the forums and Reddit, but there is disagreement. All DLC active. I think I’ve read this right: I’m England. I take Brabant in a “transfer vassal” peace deal and feed it Flemish and Dutch provinces… I avoid the Dutch Revolt? Conversely, and more confusingly: I “accept” Flemish and Dutch culture… I avoid the Dutch Revolts? The first seems correct, but the second one, uhhhh…

"Accepting" a culture, promotes that culture to a primary culture, a state culture, a top tier culture, whatever you want to call it. It's the equivalent of being the main culture of your nation, and if the Dutch are the main culture of your nation, why would they start a cultural revolt?
