So, I am just wondering how the health drain works exactly....
A phantombolt, for example, could say "20 health drained (10 of damage returned as health)
Is this damage RAW? Can it be resisted? Or is it a flat, they take the 20 damage regardless of any stats?
If it just takes the 20 health off the top with no chance of resistance or anything, it seems really powerful.
Edit: Side question - Terratus Light (cone spell) says it does arcane damage in the description, but it says 9.3 armour (stolen). Now, I know that the armour stolen thing is a bug, but does it really only do such little damage? It seems like super low damage.
