Searched google for "helicopter icon", found one. Resized to 48 x 46 and copied four of them into the image (side icons are 40 x 40, two middle 48 x 46). Grayscaled the image and inverted the colors so it was white with a black background. Darked it so it was more of a gray rather than white, and then made the three right ones blue.

Anyway, Lunar obviously has talent with graphical editing, so that's good. I still haven't tested his icons out in the game, yet though.
It takes very little time, just unzipping it and starting up a HoI game. So I'd suggest you do so to give me feedback!
Anyway, here's a new file with shiny gray tech icons instead of blurry ones, the helicopter production button, fixed the bit of green by the dissent icon, and redid the diplomatic screen (triangle, circle marker, and WE chart):

The HoI folder it seems, but I always extract everything to a separate folder so I can review them before I replace dozens of files with god-knows what

Sorry, that's correct. I stated with the previous file but didn't mention in in this one.
Main HoI folder should do it. Backup the GFX folder if you want to get the old graphics back after looking at them.

The WE bar doesn't work beyond a few. I need to fix it since I was including the borders of the box in my calculations, which causes me to be two pixels, or 15% off.

All i gotta say is this mod is coming along perfect a GREAT load since i came in i duno if it was always this productive but keep up the fight
