I'm sorry if the patch isn't working for you, I probably did a bad job at zipping the files up. I will fix the errors when I return from vacation in two to three weeks.

I just dled zip and had a quick look. I believe you unzipped the files to the wrong folder. You should unzip the files to your root Europa Universalis folder. If that doesn't work for you, then you can manually move each file to the correct location. Text.cvs goes into the Config folder, Revolt.txt to the DB folder, and then each shield/flag.bmp goes to their respective locations in the GFX folder.
