Graphics Bug

[Comrade Blue]

I've been having this graphics bug where my screen is glitching out like crazy, like stuttering and sometimes becoming this weird wavy mess. For some reason when I screen record the problem isn't there, I don't know jack shit about technology so I have no idea if that's to be expected or not. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know a fix?

Has this always happened ever since you've had this game? Or only since what change or update?

Does it affect HOI4 also or just this game?

DXDIAG is a program you run from a command prompt or the Windows start menu 'run' dialog box (or 'search programs' in Windows 7 or later). After running it will open a window and start collecting info with a progress bar in the lower-left corner. When it completes click the 'save all information' button and save it to a file then attach that file here.

Please attach your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/settings.txt and pdx_settings.txt .
From your Documents/Paradox/Stellaris/logs/ folder, attach system.log .

It's never happened before, and I've had the game for awhile. I haven't noticed the problem in hoi4, and with stellaris I don't know exactly which patch might've caused it since I hadn't played in months when I just started playing again yesterday. I think I've attached all that you asked for, let me know if I missed something or messed up.

Download the latest official NVIDIA drivers

Download the latest official NVIDIA drivers

Please edit that settimngs.txt to say:

refreshRate=60

And make sure you are running with no mods when you test this:

last_mods={
"mod/ugc_2108467150.mod"
}
