graphical glitch in flag

playing with the Feb 7th beta patch, Albania's animated flag looks extremely fuzzy (almost looks like a television station that lost it's reception) when the army holding the flag is heading South East. screen shot available upon request.

Mad king James has posted a few fixes to errors in the flags, check if this is also fixed.Otherwise go the the mod forum and ask MKJ to fix it.

Wait... all the time or just when heading southeast?
If it is just when heading southeast that is really weird, no reason it should be doing that...
If not it's probably a palette error.
