Graphic problem: water-map effect!!!

I have a graphic problem:

The game is running for me, but the graphics are messed up.
During the game the water is complete fuzz while other parts of the screen have the same type of pixellation as describe above. THANKS FOR YOUR HELP!!!

This is the Intel blue map bug.
