In one game there was a war between the Teutonic Order and Polotsk (orthodox). Polotsk was victorious and TEUT was offering the title "Grandmaster of Teutonic Order" and some money. Polotsk accepted and now the former TEUT counties became a new independent county (4 demesne) and Polotsk became the new Teutonic order with a king title. That looks very strange to me.
