Sharur keeps reminding me about my very first AAR, and I thought about doing a 1419-1492 prequal to it, using custom events, avatars, etc. It would certainly be more focused on gameplay. Hell, I can't do two things on the scale of Noble Lives even if I tried. I'm not LD or MrT for crying out loud!
I can't recall your first AAR. The earliest one I remember was a very well done Portugese AAR that might have been in EU1.
Custom events and avatars - it shows some definite potential! I keep planning for my own such AAR - I havee a few events ready to go, and a custom avatar, but I keep thinking "just a little bit mroe research"...
