I made a bantu level 2 sprite in my spritepack, which can be found in the EU2 scenarios and modifications downloads forum. There is also a different level 2 russian sprite, and a level 2 persian sprite which could be used for Persia, Afghanistan, central asia and the north Indian states as well.
