All the major expansions are present except Conclave.
Game is as Byzantine Empire. I believe it is present for any game, but I have not confirmed that.
When holding a Grand Tournament, it goes through the normal chain of events, getting to the final event in the chain. The EVTOPTA70002_TOOLTIP known bug is present, but unimportant. The main problem is that I never receive the Vassal Loyalty increase following the tournament. On the same game, I have had the same thing happen every time holding a Grand Tournament. That is at least 3 or 4 times, during different rulers lifetimes of course. The Vassal Loyalty increase is really the only reason I ever hold a Grand Tournament, so that makes the event pretty useless.
