This CoA (Paleologue - Morea in AGCEEP) was already done by Birger two month ago or so in this thread. Flag should be squarred.

Why did you chose to have a flag done from the heraldic motives? Wouldn't a scandinavian cross with changed colours (or maybe even a sillsallad ) be better?
