Personally this classic CoA of Austria fits best, first it's not imperial(as I said eagle is really a supporter not a part of the CoA) and it represents Austria, not Habsburg family
Alsace is a modern entity. And btw. thats not a CoA of Alsace, the one I posted here is the same CoA that was used from the begining to this very day. It shows the union of Nordgau and Sundgau....upper and lower alsace.
