Not at this time. I believe Paradox has said they are waiting for answers to some questions they've asked Intel. It is apparently possible to at least get the game to load by using a utility but it doesn't sound like it's really playable.JohnnyFirpo said:

ATI Radeon Xpress 200M won't work - WTF?
My Gateway laptop is equipped with an ATI Radeon Xpress 200M Video Card. The ATI website said it has 128MB memory, but when I attempt to run the game, an error message pops up saying that 128MB of memory is required to run the game! Talk about frustrating... can anyone help me?

Are you running the demo or the full game? Your card is almost certainly using shared memory rather than dedicated where the game is only looking at the actual dedicated memory. While the demo probably won't work on your card, the full game with patch 1.1 should.apehead said:

The 1.1 patch allows the game to ATTEMPT TO run on less than 128MB video-ram, so it may or may not help. However, your graphics adapter is slow and old, so don't count on getting stellar game performance in 1.1 if the game does run.apehead said:

A forum member has a X200 and EU3 1.1 works, but it's slow (you can't have great performance in integrated graphics cards)
I tried to use BIOS to change the amount of shared memory the graphics card used, but it wouldn't let me scroll down and change th value from 64MB to 128MB. I called gateway support and they said I had the option of buying the 128MB version initially, but was now unable to upgrade without buying a new laptop! I don't really believe them, but I am seemingly running out of options. Is there anything I can do?
P.S. I am downloading the 1.1 patch as I am typing this. Maybe it will work.

Mr. G, since I'm mainly after the fuctionality rather than the art I hope this card gives me some game. big thing for me is that I get some MultiPlayer and see if the EU3 Community is anything like the EU2 Community. I miss the good ole days, EU2 just got boring though after so many games. Everyone was real eager to try something new I hope this game is worth the trouble. Nearly 110 bucks total
