Is it 1000 posts you need to be able to decide flag yourself? How many posts do you need to decide your own title?

...and about that spamming: it`s fine with me (am a kind of spammer myself with all these posts...) - but try to not loose the red line in them. Players who don`t visit the threads very often may lose valuable information...

You need 3000 posts for a custom avatar, BTW. To get you a custom title you only need to be registered for a while (don't remember for how long, though, read the FAQ).
