Please ensure that you have a clean install of EU2 19th June patch . I will recommend that you take copy of your EU2 folder before you install the patch.

Gak i dont understand... What are we supposed to be dling?? Save file is enough for all the edits mentioned. Is all this just so we can have this DP reminder. I mean surely people can remember this themselves. Some people made time for this game and its now a disaster.
