Gpu heat problem

Sometime after Royal Court something changed.
And now this game runs really hot around 79-81c if I dont turn of advanced shader effects which saves 10c to 68-70c.
Please look it into it.
It doesnt seem to be a problem on my end, everything else runs fine.

In the launcher Game Settings menu select Display mod fullScreen, Vsync off, refresh rate 60. Is that any better?

Wow that really worked well, have now around 50c~.
But its weird since I changed vsync and refreshrate before (but ingame) which not changed anything.
