Would it be possible to have an absoulute monarchy with ONLY one immortal Emperor/Empress. I'm curious because it could be fun to play as. Aaand I may just want to rule over those horid xeno scum and force them into slavery to construct my vast military fleet. I assume the downsides could be that some diplomatic actions could be locked or have a long time until it is available due to the immortal Emperor being stuborn and refuseing to change his beliefs and opionions. The ups sides could be that you get a powerful hero that leads his elite ships into combat. Or you could just get extra influence per turn or something more creative... Insert creative tyranical ideas here.
