It is a humble suggestion to enhance the peace time game play..There should be cabinet ministers randomly selected per 5 or 8 years.they should not contribute to monarch points like advisers do.Instead they should have traits like generals and admirals have.with negative and positive abilities.these abilities should contribute like advisers abilities like tax income boost or production efficiency or unrest modifiers.They may be fired by monarch with some legitimacy hit or prestige hit.Advisers should instead enhance a ministers ability and add MP.Cabinet ministers should be Prime minister,chief justice,treasurer,chief of stuff for army,lord of admiralty of navy...
