So as we all now there are different bonuses for the different governments.
The thing that interests me most are those that enable you to build something once per ruler like an oversized ship. If for example you take venerable so that your leader gets way older than usual, would that manifest in an even bigger ship? Or is it just a bad idea to take venerable then?

On a side note: What is meant with oversized ship at all? If the modules are fixed does it mean that the ship will have an extra section or just better stats overall?

A good leader is more valuable then 10 megaprojects and long lifespan mean your empire leader skill level on average will be much higher.

yeah i know i just wanted to know if it adds something else to the feature besides you waiting longer for the next megaproject.

Nah, it's just a once in a lifetime thing. Bad idea to take venerable if you're going that route, but I'd rather have better leaders with longer lifespan.
