Governers & Inflation

Hi,
I need your help. ( I REALLY am using patch 1.09.) It says so on my load page.
The problem is that with Spain my inflation rose to 30%. I built 16 governers but it has not fallen at all.
Is this a known problem? What can I do?

The function of governors has changed. They no longer give a -1% to inflation when you build them, now they will instead give a small yearly reduction. Hold your mouse pointer over the bottom slider in the budget and read carefully what the pop-up text says.

Wow, you post the thread twice in a row and even post it on technical support... speak about spam.

16 governors might be nothing compared to your total size. You will only be able to deflate 0.25 yearly if you got govs in every province you own.
