Hi.

In the Gov Rank system there should be more actual benefits to higher rank gov`s.

In the 1.13 beta it is implemented +1 Diplomat at kingdom rank and +1 free leader at empire rank

What i would also like to see is +1 Diplomatic relations for both kingdom and empire ranks, as those countries are vast and also in history had alot of diplomatic connections.

The thing is that prior to 1.12 you had alot of opportunities to increase sid stats but alas no longer.

Sure. I believe they had good reasons for that. Diplomacy is so vast that it's impossible to do balance tests quickly and easily. Only time would tell.

Indeed only time will tell, but as for the Gav ranks they should be revised a bit concerning the actual benefits of said rank. As there are very small difference from Duke to Emperor.

Yes i am aware of the nat focus CD redux and aditional diplomat\leader adittions.

But as a whole the idea is that when you have garnered the influence to have the makings of an Empire, it should show better in the form of an imperial system that can support more diplomatic relations for one. And even possibly more benefits, but as a start I would like the Dip Rel implementation to come first atleast.

The main problem is play in HRE means you're always duchy unless you're an elector. Buffing Kingdom and Empire ranks implicitly nerfs HRE, so if they did implement more bonuses, the HRE would need a bigger boost to members, even without any reforms passed.

The smaller countries are the ones who need more allies and subjects to remain competitive, not the larger ones.
