I've read a couple player's reviews of their experience and on how to handle this one - but, in my inexperience, I have tried to replicate their tactics - to no avail.
I find my forces utterly unable to make any kind of stand in the East - they simply retreat without stop - even 3:1 odds, in my favour, supported by aircraft and temporary air superiority, are unable to break one Soviet army.
In the West, I alternatively tried retreating to reorganise, or throwing everything into it - prioritising supply too.
Obviously, I'm not a great player - perhaps weened on the HOI2 AI I've had the slap I so royally deserve by the very much more capable Doomsday AI
